1. How It Works:
It’s actually quite simple.
Following the purchase of any product using a FormLift order form, simply paste in any button or link in a subsequent email to the client one of the “One Click Upsell” triggers:
Standard Usage:
https://example.com/next-page/?formlift_action=upsell&product_id=1234
Replace “1234” with the id of your product in Infusionsoft
Apply A Discount:
https://example.com/next-page/?formlift_action=upsell&product_id=1234&discount=PROMOCODE
Sell A Subscription:
Replace product_id with subscription_id

Redirect To a Different Website:

The trigger, provided they are using the same browser as the used to purchase, will create and charge an order to the client!
Cases in which this may not work:
They open the abandonment email from a different browser, a different device, or they closed their browser in between the initial sale and the email, so make sure you send it out within the first 12 hours after the sale or the chances of any of those happening are quite high.
